The IRFU rolled out a new online rugby administration system for all clubs from this season onward. This is the sole platform for all aspects of game & competition management.

The IRFU also ceased supporting our Club Membership management system. We will use the new IRFU system for BOTH Player & Membership management.

All players & club members must complete (one-time) registration setup. Annual membership fees are now paid online in this single step process.

Existing Life & Honorary Life members must register also [once-off requirement], no fees payable of course.

Family members: Details input to the system are those of the family main adult (Ordinary Member), plus each player from Under 6 to Under 20.

Timely registration is appreciated. All players from U13 up to adult must be registered / paid to enable coaches add them to squad & match team-sheets.

Note: The IRFU dictate the registration form detail. Setup is one-time only, with only account maintenance thereafter. BOLD fields are compulsory and the IRFU also dictate various waivers be accepted.

Full details of this new IRFU system roll-out and FAQ are on Irish Rugby website, Click Here.
