Minis rugby is a cornerstone of our Club, with 250+ kids playing from Under 6 to Under 12.
Rugby age grouping is calendar year based.
Season runs Sept to following April.
New players welcome at any time, just contact a coach or come down with a friend.
We are an inclusive club, with girls & boys playing together throughout mini rugby years.
Child welfare & safety is our top priority.
Minis rugby is non-competitive, focusing on participation & fun.
We do not grade our minis. We adhere to Irish Rugby guidelines, striving to retain children in rugby, transitioning them to youth rugby which is competition based.
Sunday mornings are primary weekly minis rugby slot. Come watch, grab a coffee in our coffee shop.
We have a very high coach to kids ratio, enabling us manage all kids levels of confidence & experience.
Coaches are Garda vetted & the club pay for all Leinster official training courses.
Players must be registered to play. Click Here for registration details and to pay membership fees.
Players must wear a gumshield and we recommend everyone have their own water bottle.
Everyone must follow our club Codes of Conduct, viewable on this site.
We encourage parents to volunteer – Be a coach, or volunteer in many other ways – just ask a coach.
We organise group trips to Leinster / Ireland matches as possible, with families all welcome.
Minis team play as Half-time Heroes at 1st team home league games, getting to experience the big match-day and the crowd at our Senior men’s team club. Mascots run out with our senior team for kick-off.
